So as some of you may remember, a little while ago I posted “A Little Inspiration for Your Evening” which was about Nasreen Raja Art & Textiles, “a recent graduate from Chelsea college of Art and Design. In love with colour, texture, dyeing and printing.” (from Facebook)
There is also a Nasreen shop where the artist sells some really gorgeous jewelry and other goodies under her fashion and textiles label “Nasreen”. I recently placed two orders and yesterday, my first one arrived (yay!). Here are the goods:

I ordered a size large so that I’d have lots of bag and room to play around with it, I was able to roll up the sleeves, etc and because it’s cotton it should also accommodate for any shrinking that might occur. I’m just in love!
I think the products are such high quality and so unique, I know no one around town will have the same thing. The multicultural and eclectic look of the pieces is right up my alley too! I’m excited for my next two necklaces to arrive!

And…another thing I’d like to note, given my recent experience with some atrocious customer service (from a relatively small company…I won’t name names yet) I am extra impressed with the service I received from Nasreen. The same day I ordered, I got an email confirming the order and then a personal email stating that the item had shipped (super fast). Shipping from the UK to Canada was also a very reasonable price (when compared to other “small” UK brands like Lazy Doll) as well as way faster than I expected.
If you can’t tell by all my gushing thus far, I’m a very happy customer 
I can totally see placing future orders on different products and as a unique gift for birthdays, etc…

Wow.That is so funny . . I was just looking at this exact t-shirt yesterday. I saw someone else wearing it on facebook and thought it was awesome and went to check out the other styles they had. . . which they didnt have any others at the moment. But it is SO cool and it is awesome to bewearing someones artwork that you wont be seeing everywhere.
